BY PURCHASING FROM SHOPSHEATE.CO, YOU ARE INDICATING YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO OUR REFUND POLICY (BELOW) AND SHIPPING POLICY (ABOVE).

By opting into our email list and/or ordering from She Ate Fashion you are agreeing that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to receive emails and/or purchase from She Ate Fashion. She Ate Fashion goes above and beyond to provide a pleasant experience for all our shoppers. We do two inspections on our merchandise before they depart our shipping station to ensure the goods are dispatched in their proper condition. Should you receive a damaged item(s) or the incorrect item(s) you are required to email within 72 hours of delivery to resolve the issue. To report issues, please contact us at info@shopsheate.com. If you are asked to return a package due to receiving the wrong item(s), you must return the item(s) using the prepaid shipping label provided by She Ate along with the packing slip within 14 days of receiving the shipping label. We do not issue refunds. We do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges. If a mistake has been made with your order in that you find that you've been sent the wrong item(s), a damaged item, lost or missing item (s), this is the only exception. In this case, once we receive the return, you will be issued a refund your original form of payment. To report issues, please contact us at info@shopsheate.com. Should your package be returned to us as undeliverable, we will email you along with an invoice for the cost of reshipment ($4.50 for domestic customers and $16.50 for international customers). If we do not receive a response within 7 days, you will be issued a store credit for the total you spent minus shipping costs. All custom items are final sale/ cannot be cancelled and are non returnable or exchangeable. All custom orders take 3 weeks to complete and will be shipped within 5 business days after completion. As of May 23rd 2023, we no longer accept address changes. Please ensure your address is correct prior to checking out, and incomplete or inaccurate address may result in the cancellation of your order(s).
