We ship Monday-Friday and offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING (We are based in the United States)

She Ate Fashion dispatches orders using USPS First Class Mail International.

Shipping costs:

Shipping for all United States customers is a flat-rate fee of $5.50 USD. This is First Class (3-5 day) shipping through USPS First-Class. International shipping costs a flat-rate fee of $16.50 through USPS First-Class International Mail. All packages are insured up to $100. 

How long are shipping and handling?

Processing (the time we need to prepare your order) takes up to 6-9 business days. This EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS (It can be less than this amount of time if we are not going viral on social media or having a sale). Packages then take 3-5 business days to deliver through USPS First class for United States destinations. For international destinations, shipping is typically 1-3 weeks. We move swiftly and typically get packages sent off earlier than the 6-9 business days, but we do occasionally get random influxes of orders that can slow down our processing time. 

Orders placed on weekends do not begin processing until the next upcoming business day.

International customers, please read:

Once your order has begun getting prepared for dispatch, you should receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Because we are based in the United States, our primary mail carrier is USPS, who we ship with. Although you can find useful information on your package's movement using USPS's website, you may need to also enter your tracking number at AfterShip.com, which is a reliable tracking website that shows updates for any country.

We also do NOT take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address by mail carriers. Lastly, She Ate is NOT responsible for covering the costs of goods damaged AFTER the customer has received their product(s).*******************

If your product(s) arrived damaged, you can file a claim with the United States Postal service here. T Should your order be returned to us as undeliverable, you will be charged a reshipment fee of $4.50 (for domestic orders) or $16.50 for (international orders) as we are not responsible for packages marked as undeliverable by the postal service.
